TK Hwang is an illustrator and graphic designer where her work is influenced by her love for nature, cultural upbringing and visual storytelling. Her work tends to involve inspiration from traditional Korean art, vintage illustrations, animals and landscapes, and sometimes whatever catches her fancy at the moment. She enjoys creating hand-drawn short animations as well as mediums in digital, colored pencils, paint and ink. TK was born in Oakland, CA and lived in Seoul for five years as a teen before attending university in Massachusetts. She is now currently in Austin with her husband and cross-eyed cat, Ginny.
